- Prabasi may deny late entry — please arrive well before a ticketed event starts.
- If an event is cancelled, or entry is denied due to capacity, you’re eligible for a credit or refund of the ticket price only.
- By holding a ticket, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event and agree to follow venue rules.
- Organizers may add or modify these terms at their discretion.
- The All Inclusive Pass covers puja and pushpanjali, bhog, local cultural performances, the featured artist shows, the Puja mela, Dhaki Naach, Dhunuchi Naach, Sindoor Khela, and more — plus one show pass per day for Individual holders and two per day for Family holders, in the regular seating area. Premium seating is reserved for members.
- A Family Pass covers two adult spouses and children under 18, plus show passes for two adults — children’s show passes must be purchased separately.
- Student discount passes are available at the front desk at 30% off with a valid student ID.
- Front-row seats are reserved for VIPs, sponsors, and Prabasi members — explore membership for this and other year-round perks.
